Are you insured?
Yes, with $10M public liability cover. We send the certificate of currency with your quote.
Can you clean outside our trading hours?
Yes. Early-morning, after-hours and weekend visits are all available.
What are the payment terms?
An invoice after each visit, payable within 14 days by PayID, bank transfer or card. PO numbers are welcome.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. Regular services can be stopped with 7 days' written notice.
Do you do high-rise buildings?
We clean glass that can be reached safely from the ground with a water-fed pole, usually up to about three storeys. For higher work we're happy to recommend a rope-access specialist.
What area do you cover?
Perth hills and metro. If you're further out, send a request anyway and we'll let you know.
